Additional Background

Intended as a two-seat (one pilot, one passenger) spaceplane for space tourism, its flight profile would have had it take-off from a normal runway under power from its rocket engine, and then glide back to the same airport for landing and recovery. Taxiing would have had to have been aided by ground equipment, as the only propulsive capability came from its rocket engine.

Thought seats were sold for future flights on this spaceplane, it would never enter service.
