The described capability of this space tug is to move, for example, 5-tons from Low-Earth Orbit to Geosynchronous Orbit. As with any second-stage, it is intended to be have a payload mount or dispenser.
Intended to enter service in 2026, it would provide additional capability to re-usable launchers such as Falcon 9 and (the future) Terran R - which often target their performance to Low-Earth Orbit.
