The first-stage is planned to have nine (upgraded) Tianque-12 engines. Payload specifications include 21-tons to Low-Earth Orbit in expendable mode, 18.3-tons with downrange landing, and 12.5 tons with return-to-launch-site.
It is not planned to launch before 2025.
