Additional Background

After the first successful orbital launch in 2018, Electron has regularly lofted payloads within its 150kg limit.

RocketLab has attempted recovery of the first stage by air, using a helicopter - but was unsuccessful. Instead, they have begun to recover the booster from the water. While they have not launched a fully re-used Electron first-stage, they have re-used recovered engines.
