Briggs is a 200-acre facility with both production and testing capabilities. Located in central Texas, north of Austin, approximately 200 employees currently work at the site. Firefly has added an additional $50M investment to the facility in 2023, including a factory expansion with higher ceilings to accommodate their current designs better. Engine testing occurs here at four active test stands.

In 2020, a fire during an engine test caused a temporary evacuation of a small area nearby.
