Organized out of a cadre of individuals who had been interested in rocketry since the early 2000s, Interstellar Technologies has worked for some years on a clear development roadmap, including a sub-orbital launch vehicle for technology demonstration, the small-lift Zero launcher, and (eventually) the heavy-lift Deca launcher. Their focus at this time is operational readiness for Zero.

History

Interstellar Technologies was founded in 2013, growing out of an earlier organization: Natsu no Rocket-dan. Sub-orbital Momo launches began in 2017, with it successful reaching space in 2017. The Zero launcher was first static-fired in 2020.
